CANCELLATION POLICY
48-Hour Cancellation Policy 🖤 Effective Date: October 28, 2026 Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • More than 48 hours: No fee • 24–48 hours: 50% of booked services • Less than 24 hours: 100% of booked services • No-call/no-show: 100% fee Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be canceled and charged accordingly. Repeated cancellations may result in booking restrictions. Emergencies are reviewed individually. This policy applies to all appointments booked on or after October 28, 2026.
